“l hotel si trova nella campagna vicina a gloucester, serve l auto. gloucester merita una visita per la cattedrale”

“excellent overall nice rooftop bar”

“Nice place ! I recommend it”

“Personel very very friendly ”

“La struttura é vetusta, anche se in un contesto bucolico. Il tavolo per la colazione va fissato in anticipo e comunque alle 10 viene tolto il buffet. Non c'è ascensore. C'è un forte odore di muffa nella hall. Per il resto ok”

“I servizi igienici non efficienti. Non ho altro da aggiungere”

“We had a large room with a wonderful view of the winding river and beyond. Staff excellent; friendly and extremely helpful. Food was good altough the dining room was a bilt lacking in character. Very good location.”

“I was in a single room, basic but clean. The hotel does need a refresh, and that is planned for next year. There is a gym guests can use, and spa treatments are also available (payable) in the Serenity Suite, a separate business on site. Staff were welcoming and very helpful.”

“Good place, nice team and very good PUB near by.”

“Great location in an historical building (the most charming structure I've been 15 days tour of UK). “Beautiful setting right on the river with a very friendly staff team and clean and well appointed rooms. It’s not luxurious but everything is thought through and it’s clean. Mattress on the bed was a bit worn - I could feel the springs a bit, so that could do with a replacement but it was a generally really comfortable and relaxed stay. Food was very good - very nice cooked breakfast and I had one evening meal which was very generous. As a solo traveller I felt very comfortable and the staff...

“A real and live example of warm welsh hospitality: very nice reception, very cozy & large bedroom,, , Very good breakfast. Diolch!”

“Fantastic hotel and pub, very cosy and set in a fab location. The room we stayed in was delightful, very large with great amenities. Food was very tasty and the breakfast was plentiful and hot with a good variety of continental and hot breakfast items to choose from (full English including veggie option). Great to have onsite parking too. Will definitely be back thanks!”

“Poor.”
